Curbside Pickup FAQ

How to order

  1. Place your order online here
  1. At checkout, select the option for “Pickup (Curbside)”
  1. Drive to the dispensary.
    You’ll receive a notification when your order is received. Our system will automatically send a text telling you to wait for an “order ready” text. Please ignore this and head straight to the store. Drive to the dispensary and pull into our designated pickup area. Our friendly staff will help guide you. All passengers in your vehicle are required to be 21 years of age or older. You may not exit your vehicle at any time. All orders must be picked up by 11PM or your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the following day.
  1. Our staff will greet you at your car with gloves and a mask.
    In compliance with state regulations, if you present any signs of infectious illness we will refuse service. No consumption is permitted on site and the entire process will be non-contact.

    Please provide your ID and provide either cash or debit payment. Our staff will have limited change available. Once payment is received, our staff will follow strict social distance guidelines and place your order in the back seat of your car or trunk. Once your order is secured, we’ll send you safely on your way with your favorite cannabis products.

FAQs on Curbside Pickup

What are curbside pickup hours?

Curbside pickups are open from 9AM-11PM at both of our locations.

What is the order minimum?

There is  a $25 pre-tax, after discount order minimum for curbside pickup. 

How can I pay?

Curbside pickups are now accepting both debit and cash payments.

How does debit work?

Simply swipe your debit card, you’ll round up to the nearest $5 increment, and your patient advisor will provide you with exact change. On your bank statement, the posted transaction will state “ATM WITHDRAW” followed by the date and our store address. There is a $3.50 transaction fee and your bank may charge you an additional withdrawal fee. Please also be aware of your bank’s daily withdrawal limit.

How will I know when my order is ready?

Once you place your order, you can head straight to the dispensary for pickup.

Where do I retrieve my order?

Look for our friendly staff to help guide the way. Then pull up to one of our designated pickup area.

How late can I pick up my order?

All orders must be picked up by 11PM or your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the following day.

Can I come with passengers?

Yes, however, all passengers in your vehicle are required to be 21 years of age or older and will have their IDs scanned and verified.

Can I exit my vehicle?

Can a Recreational customer make a purchase?

Recreational customers can purchase from both our Henderson and Las Vegas locations.

Can a Medical Patient make a purchase?

Medical Patients can purchase from both our Henderson and Las Vegas locations. To ensure you get the proper medical tax rate please indicate “medical” in your order notes.

Can a Medical Patient still purchase medically dosed products?

Yes. please request them in your order notes (at checkout in the +Special Instructions area) or call your store.

How do I make sure I receive medical tax rates?

How can I get my normal discounts?

For Wisdom Discounts, Veterans Discounts, and Rewards Points please indicate all applicable discounts in your order notes (at checkout in the +Special Instructions area) or call your store.
