How to order

  1. Place your order online here
  1. At checkout, select the option for “Pickup (Curbside)”
  1. Drive to the dispensary - masks are required for curbside.
    You’ll receive a notification when your order is received. Our system will automatically send a text telling you to wait for an “order ready” text. Please ignore this and head straight to the store. Drive to the dispensary and pull into our designated pickup area. Our friendly staff will help guide you. All passengers in your vehicle are required to be 21 years of age or older and wear masks. You may not exit your vehicle at any time. All orders must be picked up by 11PM for our Las Vegas and Henderson stores and by 10PM for our Reno store or your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the following day. All orders must be picked up within 5 hours of placement or they will be cancelled.
  1. Our staff will greet you at your car with gloves and a mask.
    All medical customers must present a valid medical card at checkout when picking up an order. In compliance with state regulations, if you present any signs of infectious illness we will refuse service. Masks are required for curbside. No consumption is permitted on site and the entire process will be non-contact.

    Please provide your ID and provide either cash or debit payment. Our staff will have limited change available. Once payment is received, our staff will follow strict social distance guidelines and place your order in the back seat of your car or trunk. Once your order is secured, we’ll send you safely on your way with your favorite cannabis products.

FAQs on Curbside Pickup

What are curbside pickup hours?

Curbside pickups are open from 9AM-11PM at our Las Vegas and Henderson stores. Curbside pickups are open from 10AM-10PM for our Reno store.

What is the order minimum?

There is  a $25 pre-tax, after discount order minimum for curbside pickup. 

Do I need to wear a mask?

Yes, per state requirements you must wear a mask for curbside pickup — including all applicable passengers.

How can I pay?

Curbside pickups are now accepting both debit/cashless ATM and cash payments.

How does debit/cashless ATM work?

Simply swipe your debit card, you’ll round up to the nearest $5 increment, and your patient advisor will provide you with exact change. On your bank statement, the posted transaction will state “ATM WITHDRAW” followed by the date and our store address. There is a $3.50 transaction fee and your bank may charge you an additional withdrawal fee. Please also be aware of your bank’s daily withdrawal limit.

How will I know when my order is ready?

Once you place your order, you can head straight to the dispensary for pickup. All orders must be picked up within 5 hours of placement or they will be cancelled.

Where do I retrieve my order?

Look for our friendly staff to help guide the way. Then pull up to one of our designated pickup area.

How late can I pick up my order?

All orders must be picked up by 11PM for our Las Vegas and Henderson store and by 10PM for our Reno store or your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the following day. All orders must be picked up within 5 hours of placement or they will be cancelled.

Can I come with passengers?

Yes, however, all passengers in your vehicle are required to be 21 years of age or older and will have their IDs scanned and verified.

Can I exit my vehicle?

You may not exit your vehicle at any time. In compliance with state regulations, if you present any signs of infectious illness we will refuse service. Can a Recreational customer make a purchase?

Recreational customers can purchase from both our Henderson and Las Vegas locations.

Can a Medical Patient make a purchase?

Medical Patients can purchase from both our Henderson and Las Vegas locations. To ensure you get the proper medical tax rate please indicate “medical” in your order notes. Our Reno location is recreational only, however we are offering 10% off for medical patients at our Reno store. All medical customers must present a valid medical card at checkout when picking up an order.

Can a Medical Patient still purchase medically dosed products?

For our Sahara and Henderson stores, please request any medical products in your order notes (at checkout under +Special Instructions) or call your store. All of our other locations are not licensed to sell medical dosed products.

How do I make sure I receive medical tax rates?

Medical patients at our Sahara and Henderson stores: to ensure you receive your medical tax rate, please indicate “medical” in your order notes (at checkout under +Special Instructions) or call your store. For all other locations, we will provide a 10% discount to offset the excise tax.

How can I get my normal discounts?

For Wisdom Discounts, Veterans Discounts, and Rewards Points please indicate all applicable discounts in your order notes (at checkout in the +Special Instructions area) or call your store.
