How To: Order Source Delivery

Technology not your thing? No worries, we’ve got you covered. This blog contains step by step instructions on how to order Source Delivery. We’ve included clear call outs on what to click, when to click it, and where to provide any additional details you might have.

Let’s dive right in.


Navigate to


Click “SOURCE DELIVERY” from the “ORDER ONLINE” drop down menu.


Please ensure that you read our delivery disclaimers and information before proceeding to your order.


If you have any additional questions, click “FAQ” for our delivery frequently asked questions.


Scroll down and enter your address. Our menu will pull up our nearest store.


Once our nearest store is located, click on it to begin your order.

STEP 6.2:

If you are out of our delivery zone, please use our partner Blackbird by navigating to


At the top of our menu, you’ll find our current deals and additional menu disclaimers. Remember to always check here before starting your order.


Browse our menu for your favorite products. To select a product, click on the weight desired.


When you first place an item in your cart, you’ll be prompted to choose your order type. We are now offering same day delivery! Click “Delivery” to continue your order.

STEP 10:

You’ll be prompted to confirm your delivery address. Enter your address and click “SAVE”

STEP 11:

As you add products into your cart you will see them pop-up in the top right corner of the menu.

STEP 12:

To review the items in your cart; select the shopping cart icon in the right hand corner. Once selected, you’ll see a pop-up with your current selection.

STEP 13:

To filter by product type, simply select your preferred category at the top of our menu.

STEP 14:

You can also filter products deeper using the “TYPES” and “FILTERS” options on the left side of our menu.

STEP 15:

Additionally, you can sort our menu further alphabetically, through potency, and through price.

STEP 16:

Once you are ready to place your order, click your shopping cart, and press “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”

STEP 17:

Enter your first and last name, mobile phone number, and birthdate. Please double check this information; we are required to verify your ID upon delivery and use your mobile number to send delivery updates.

STEP 18:

To upload your ID, click “Upload a file”; please make sure your file is either a .jpg or .png. Medical patients; please upload a picture of both your ID and medical card side by side.

STEP 19:

Once you’ve selected your ID picture from your computer click “Open” to upload.

STEP 20:

Once your ID is uploaded, you’ll see the above confirmation. If not, please check your file size and make sure your file is either a .jpg or .png.

STEP 21:

If you are using an iPhone; your pictures may be saved as a.HEIC file which you can easily convert to .jpg or .png. In order to upload those, you’ll need to first open the .HEIC file in “Preview,” and then select “export,” and select JPEG as your file format. Click save and upload your new .jpg file.

STEP 22:

For an easier checkout process, select “Save my info for next time” — enter your email and a password so you can easily sign in for your next order.

STEP 23:

For good measure, check that your delivery address is accurate.

STEP 24:

From there, scroll down and review your order summary. Make any changes before proceeding.

STEP 25:

At the bottom of your order summary, you’ll see a “+Special Instructions” option. Click that to provide any specific order notes.

Medical Patients: please indicate “medical” here or call your store.

For Wisdom Discounts, Veterans Discounts, and Rewards Points please indicate all applicable discounts here or call your store.

For medical dosed products; please request them here or call your store.

STEP 26:

After entering any special instructions, you’re ready to checkout.

STEP 27:

Scroll back to the top and click “place order”

STEP 28:

Congrats! Your order is now being prepared. After placing your order, you’ll be able to review the status on the confirmation page. You can also update your text message preferences here.

STEP 29:

You’ll receive a text notification that your order is being prepared. If you’ve signed up for text messages and do not receive them, your carrier may be filtering our messages. Please check your email for additional notifications.

STEP 30:

After placing your order, you’ll also receive an email confirmation.

STEP 31:

If you’ve also saved your information for future orders, you’ll receive an additional email welcoming you to online ordering.

STEP 32:

Once your order is ready for delivery, you’ll receive a notification with a link to your order status.

STEP 33:

When you click the updates link, you’ll see your current order status and estimated time of arrival. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, there may be unforeseen delays and we thank you for being patient.

STEP 34:

Once your driver is on the way, you’ll receive another notification with an eta.

STEP 35:

When your driver arrives, you’ll receive another notification. Please prepare your ID and payment and respect social distancing of 6 feet.

STEP 36:

After your order, we’ll send you a link to a quick survey so you can let us know how we did.
