In-Store Shopping FAQ

How to order

  1. Place your order online here
  1. At checkout, select the option for “Pickup”
  1. You’ll receive a notification when your order is received.
  1. Drive to the dispensary and park in the designated pickup area. All orders must be picked up by 11PM for our Sahara and Henderson stores or by 10PM at our Reno store or your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the following day. All orders must be picked up within 5 hours of placement or they will be cancelled.
  1. When you arrive, please follow social distancing protocols and wait in line with 6 feet of distance, which we will have clearly marked for you.
  1. The checkout process will be contactless, you will be required to wear a face mask at all times, and we will be restricting in-store access to protect your health. All medical customers must present a valid medical card at checkout when picking up an order.

FAQs on In-Store Pickup

What are pickup hours?

In-store hours are 8AM-11PM for our Sahara and Henderson stores and are 9AM-10PM from at our Reno store.

What is the order minimum?

There is no order minimum for in-store pickup and shopping. 

How can I pay?

In-store pickups are now accepting both debit/cashless ATM and cash payments. Payments will be contactless and we will use a tray to receive payment and provide your products. 

Can I come in without placing an order ahead of time?

Yes! Come on in and our friendly staff will take care of you.

How does debit/cashless ATM work?

Simply swipe your debit card, you’ll round up to the nearest $5 increment, and your patient advisor will provide you with exact change. On your bank statement, the posted transaction will state “ATM WITHDRAW” followed by the date and our store address. There is a $3.50 transaction fee and your bank may charge you an additional withdrawal fee. Please also be aware of your bank’s daily withdrawal limit.

How will I know when my order is ready?

As soon as you receive your order confirmation notification, head down to the store to pick up your order. All orders must be picked up within 5 hours of placement or they will be cancelled.

Where do I park?

We have clearly marked designated parking areas for pickup.

How late can I pick up my order?

All orders must be picked up by 11PM for our Sahara and Henderson stores and by 10PM at our Reno store or your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the following day. All orders must be picked up within 5 hours of placement or they will be cancelled.

Do I have to wear a face-mask?

Yes. Per Governor Sisolak’s phase one plan for reopening, all guests are required to wear face-masks at all times.

Can a Recreational customer make a purchase?

Recreational customers can purchase from all of our locations.

Can a Medical Patient make a purchase?

Medical Patients can purchase all of our stores, please see below for information regarding medical tax rates. All medical customers must present a valid medical card at checkout when picking up an order.

Can a Medical Patient still purchase medically dosed products?

For our Sahara and Henderson stores, please request any medical products in your order notes (at checkout under +Special Instructions) or call your store. All of our other locations are not licensed to sell medical dosed products.

How do I make sure I receive medical tax rates?

Medical patients at our Sahara and Henderson stores: to ensure you receive your medical tax rate, please indicate “medical” in your order notes (at checkout under +Special Instructions) or call your store. For all other locations, we will provide a 10% discount to offset the excise tax.

How can I get my normal discounts?

For Wisdom Discounts, Veterans Discounts, and Rewards Points please indicate all applicable discounts in your order notes (at checkout in the +Special Instructions area) or call your store.
